Acharya Deepak Gruvir is a consultancy based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We partner with diverse clients to elevate their online presence and achieve their business objectives. We're seeking a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and E-commerce to join our growing team. Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies for our diverse client portfolio. Your expertise in SEO, social media management, content creation, and e-commerce platforms will be crucial in enhancing our clients' online visibility, engagement, and sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a commitment to staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits for client websites.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies for clients across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon (for product promotion).
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, platform-specific content (text, image, video) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth and optimization.
  • Content Marketing:
  • Collaborate with clients to develop content strategies aligned with their marketing goals and target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of various content formats, including blog posts, articles, website copy, product descriptions, and social media captions, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, engaging content.
  • E-commerce Marketing:
  • Work on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Wix, to optimize product listings, website navigation, and user experience for conversion.
  • Implement strategies to drive traffic to e-commerce stores and improve conversion rates.
  • Understand and contribute to sales funnel optimization for online retail.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and propose innovative digital marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with a strong focus on SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and E-commerce.
  • Demonstrable experience managing social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing websites built on Wix.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Experience with content creation and content strategy development.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools:
  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Social Media Management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
  • Wix editor and e-commerce functionalities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts clearly to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
