Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our online marketing efforts, manage campaigns, and drive admissions through effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media, lead generation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across all online platforms.
Manage SEO (On-page & Off-page) to improve search ranking and organic traffic.
Handle social media content, posting schedules, and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns for admissions.
Manage CRM updates, track lead flow, and coordinate with the sales team.
Analyze website analytics, campaign performance, and prepare reports.
Create engaging content for website, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling creatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword analysis.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Proficiency in social media management and content strategy.
Experience in CRM management and lead tracking.
Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop (added advantage).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
