Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets across various channels.
  • Identify trends, insights, and new growth opportunities in digital platforms.

2. Campaign Management

  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and external agencies for creative development.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.
  • Work with development teams to enhance website performance, UI/UX, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor website analytics, heatmaps, and user journeys.

4. Social Media Marketing

  • Create and manage social media strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee content calendars, community management, and platform-specific campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on audience insights.

5. Paid Advertising (PPC & Performance Marketing)

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.

6. Content & Email Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of content including blogs, videos, creatives, and newsletters.
  • Manage automated email marketing workflows and CRM tools to nurture leads.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights to improve marketing efficiency and conversions.

8. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives and interns.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams for cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  • Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Google Analytics, Search Console
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B / B2C marketing depending on company needs.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, WordPress/CMS, and marketing automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
