Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketer to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives for our institution. The role focuses on driving admissions, strengthening brand presence, and managing end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with admission goals
• Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with strong ROI focus
• Drive lead generation for courses, certifications, and training programs
• Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, and landing page performance
• Analyze campaign data and generate detailed performance reports and insights
• Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members
• Coordinate closely with academic counselors, sales, and content teams
• Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns
• Manage online reputation, reviews, and brand visibility
• Track budgets, optimize spends, and ensure cost-effective campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (education industry preferred)
• Strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO, lead funnels, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Search Console
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

Preferred Skills

• Experience in student acquisition and admission-focused marketing
• Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead management
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, CRO, and web analytics
• Creative skills in content planning, video marketing, or design tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,421.36 - ₹50,143.69 per month
