As we expand our performance marketing capabilities, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Google Ads (PPC) Specialist with a specific focus on eCommerce and Shopping Ads


About The Role

Creative Kulhad is hiring an experienced Google Ads (PPC) Specialist capable of managing both lead generation and eCommerce/Shopping Ads campaigns. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign structure, optimization, tracking, analytics, troubleshooting, and scalable performance strategies.


The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of extensive experience in running, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads across multiple business categories, along with strong command of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.

  • Set up complete tracking infrastructure using

    GA4

    Google Tag Manager

    ,

    UTM parameters

    , and conversion tracking best practices.
  • Manage product feeds within

    Google Merchant Center

    , ensuring compliance, accuracy, and improved product visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy selection, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Quality Score, and Impression Share.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, targeting, and creative variations.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, feed disapprovals, policy restrictions, conversion mismatches, and campaign delivery.
  • Prepare clear and actionable weekly/monthly performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and user experience.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, new features, PPC trends, and industry advancements.
  • Manage budgets effectively ensuring efficient scaling, performance stability, and ROI improvement.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing both lead generation and shopping/eCommerce campaigns.
  • In-depth expertise in: Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads, Lead Generation Campaign Strategy, Shopping & Performance Max Campaigns, Google Merchant Center, Audience Strategy & Segmentation
  • Strong technical knowledge of: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Enhanced Conversions & Server-Side Tracking (preferred), Looker Studio reporting, Conversion tracking setups (forms, calls, events, custom conversions)
  • Proven ability to manage high-budget performance campaigns and deliver ROAS/CPL/CPA targets consistently.
  • Strong copywriting understanding for ad texts, creative briefing, and landing page optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agency experience handling multiple client accounts is highly preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
