About the role:

Performance Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance campaigns while ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)

    and

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    .
  • Manage product feeds and optimize listings in

    Google Merchant Center

    .

Tracking & Analytics:

  • Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager

    and

    GA4

    to ensure accurate attribution and performance reporting.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking, event tagging, and audience retargeting.

Lead Generation & E-commerce:

  • Build and optimize high-converting lead generation funnels

    across B2B and B2C industries.
  • Drive sales growth for

    e-commerce clients

    , ensuring profitable scaling with a focus on

    ROAS, CPA, and LTV

    .

Optimization & Strategy:

  • Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CPL.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with creative, content, and web teams to align campaigns with brand and business objectives.

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in

    Performance Marketing

    (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget

    Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

    for both

    lead gen

    and

    e-commerce

    .
  • Hands-on expertise with

    GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Merchant Center

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of

    digital ad policies, platform updates, and industry best practices

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Good to have:

  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, or other paid media platforms

    .
  • Knowledge of

    CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

    and funnel building.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
