About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, along with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (on-page & off-page). Improve website ranking and drive organic traffic through white-hat techniques. Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes. Monitor analytics and optimize content for better search visibility.

• PPC & Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI.

Optimize ad copies, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Manage digital budgets and allocate spending across campaigns effectively.

• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for performance tracking. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Team & Collaboration: Coordinate with content, design, and tech teams to support campaigns. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
