Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid ads and social media strategy across multiple platforms, You will work closely with our content writer, graphic designer, and video editor to execute campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1> Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. Must have knowledge to maintain a budget of more than 10 lakh per month minimum

(Please dont apply for the job if you dont have core knowledge of google and meta ads it will be waste for time for you and us to take your interview, this is a must skill set with prior experience on it, we will conduct a deep technical check as well once you apply)

2> WhatsApp Marketing through Whatsapp API

3> Lead the organic and paid social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

4> Manage a social media calendar, create campaign briefs, and ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and goals with creativity.

5> Collaborate with graphic designer, video editor, and content writers to develop high-performing ad creatives and social media content.

6> Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), report on campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

7> Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers or cross-functional creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

8> Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and social media innovations.

9> Continuously improve ROI and conversion rates and revenue for us.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and social media strategy.

Proven experience managing:

Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube)

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

LinkedIn Ads

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, community engagement, and growth tactics.

Leadership experience – ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team.

Creative mindset and ability to think strategically and outside the box.

Have experience of working with CRM

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Prior Experience in Education will be a plus point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
