Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic mindset, excellent execution skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across key platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Performance Marketing:

    Drive measurable results through a data-driven approach, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
  • Content Creation & Social Media:

    Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar for social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Client Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, communicating campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • E-commerce Focus:

    Leverage extensive experience in the e-commerce industry to develop and execute strategies that directly drive online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Deadline Orientation:

    Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Must have direct experience working in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
