Experience : Fresher (0–1 year) Salary : ₹5,000–₹12,000 (based on interview performance) Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and client acquisition. You will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and helping drive company growth through strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Research potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, business directories, and other platforms. Initiate contact via DMs, emails, and calls to introduce company services. Build and maintain a qualified leads database. 2. Client Communication & Relationship Building: Engage in conversations with potential clients to understand their business needs. Explain service offerings clearly and professionally. Nurture leads into long-term business relationships. 3. Sales & Revenue Generation: Pitch relevant services tailored to the client’s industry or needs. Share quotations, presentations, and proposals. Follow up regularly to close deals and convert leads into clients. Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and revenue. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, content) to ensure timely delivery. Maintain CRM or Excel sheets to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Prepare weekly reports on progress and client interactions. Key Skills Required : Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi. Confident and clear in client-facing conversations (calls or chats). Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business). Eagerness to learn about sales strategies, client handling, and service pitching. Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented.
