Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Manager Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Collage More, Sector - V, Kolkata Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Products Department: Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing professional with 4–5 years of experience to join our marketing team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences in the B2B manufacturing segment. Website Management: Manage and update company websites, ensuring SEO optimization, functionality, and up-to-date content. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Improve organic search rankings and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Bing to drive relevant traffic and leads. Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to increase brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate and create blogs, case studies, product videos, and digital brochures relevant to industrial audiences. Design and execute email campaigns for customer engagement, promotions, product launches, and newsletter distribution. Monitor and report key performance metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align digital campaigns with sales goals and customer requirements. Coordinate with digital agencies and freelancers for paid campaigns, website development, and creative requirements. Requirements: Social Media Management: Content Creation & Marketing: Email Marketing: Analytics and Reporting: Marketing Automation: Collaboration with Sales Teams: Vendor & Agency Coordination: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus. 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or manufacturing/industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot/Mailchimp, and MS Office. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to understand technical/industrial products and translate them into marketable content. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Experience with trade fairs and online industrial directories (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba).
