Digital Marketing Manager
Experience: 5+ years (Agency + EdTech)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, and Social Media).
Manage Google Ads campaigns with proven success in handling budgets over ₹10 lakh, ensuring maximum ROI.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to generate leads, improve conversions, and increase brand visibility.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other team to create high-impact marketing creatives and strategies.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Drive organic growth strategies through SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations for effective funnel management.
Build and mentor a digital marketing team to achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics.
Proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns (₹10 lakh+) with measurable results.
Experience working in agency setups and EdTech domain.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and automation tools.
Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
Creative thinking with problem-solving ability and a performance-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
