Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our team as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts. The candidate must have hands-on experience in accounts finalisation, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and general ledger functions, particularly within the manufacturing industry. This role demands strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and accurately under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Finalisation:
• Handle end-to-end accounts finalisation, preparation of trial balance, P&L statement, and balance sheet in accordance with statutory and company requirements.
• General Accounting:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and expense monitoring.

• GST & TDS Compliance:

Timely preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), annual returns, TDS deduction and return filing, and reconciliation of GST input/output.

Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for audits, prepare audit schedules, and resolve audit queries.

Monitor vendor payments, handle accounts receivable follow-ups, and ensure timely reconciliations of customer and vendor accounts.

Prepare and submit regular MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis to management.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations relevant to the manufacturing domain.

Work on ERP systems , ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup, with strong exposure to finalisation of accounts and statutory compliance.
• Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), and Companies Act provisions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime / SAP, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Age should be below 35 yrs
