• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with business and brand objectives.
  
• Create end-to-end campaign roadmaps covering digital, offline, PR, and stakeholder communications.
  
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and white spaces for positioning.
  

• Lead primary and secondary research to inform campaign planning and product positioning.
  
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to keep strategies relevant.
  

• Develop compelling content for campaigns, product collaterals, corporate communications, and thought leadership.
  
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce impactful materials (brochures, presentations, videos, case studies).
  
• Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across all channels.
  

• Create integrated media plans across digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast platforms.
  
• Work with agencies and vendors to negotiate, optimize, and execute media buys.
  
• Ensure campaigns are ROI-driven and well-tracked across channels.
  

• Drive digital communication strategies using social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  
• Oversee content calendars, engagement strategies, and performance tracking for digital platforms.
  
• Experiment with new content formats (reels, polls, thought-leadership posts, webinars) to expand reach.
  

• Partner with capabilities, business development, and leadership teams to align communications with organizational goals.
  
• Provide marketing intelligence to support business growth initiatives.
  
• Ensure smooth execution of cross-industry campaigns with measurable impact.
