Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager or Marketing Strategist to lead our digital growth initiatives. You will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and contributing to our overall business objectives across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across platforms. Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation. Optimize SEO and SEM efforts to boost organic visibility and rankings. Manage and enhance content strategy across blog, social media, email, and video platforms. Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar; provide actionable insights. Collaborate with sales, sourcing, and creative teams to align marketing goals with business objectives. Leverage AI tools and market trends to innovate and stay ahead in digital marketing. Conduct competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping to refine targeting. Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the interior, design, or B2B product sourcing industry. Strong understanding of performance marketing, automation, CRM tools, and SEO/SEM. Expertise in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to growth and brand storytelling. Preferred Skills: Experience with international/B2B marketing. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and landing page optimization. Familiarity with graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite is a plus. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and external agencies.
