Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
Define clear campaign goals and work with a target-oriented approach to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc. ).
Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage content strategy for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and website updates.
Coordinate with design and development teams for creatives and landing page optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the digital marketing landscape.
Lead and mentor a team of junior marketers and interns (if applicable).

Requirements

3-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Excellent knowledge of SEO, paid media strategies, and analytics tracking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of achieving defined KPIs and targets.
