WinTech Services India Pvt Ltd operates five different e-commerce brands in the USA, specializing in delivering high-quality products across various niches. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

The Sr Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and optimise product pages for our e-commerce brands. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce SEO and the ability to manage multiple brands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive online traffic to company websites.

• Keyword Research: Perform ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.

• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including product pages, category pages, and blog posts, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

• Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and content marketing, to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.

• Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies to attract and engage target audiences, including blog posts, product descriptions, and other relevant content.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO efforts and make data-driven decisions.

• E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of e-commerce websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversion.

• Product Page Optimization: Optimize product pages for search engines and conversions, including improving product descriptions, titles, and meta tags.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and SEO.

• Proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console).

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
