Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern with a keen interest in the pharma and healthcare fields to join our dynamic marketing team at Intellectt Inc. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across key platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google, while supporting social media management with trendy content creation. You'll gain exposure to AI-driven solutions in life sciences, contributing to lead generation and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, focusing on LinkedIn for B2B outreach, Instagram for visual engagement, and Google platforms (Ads, Analytics, YouTube) for SEO and targeted campaigns tailored to pharma, healthcare, and life sciences audiences.
  • Support social media management by creating and scheduling trendy content such as Reels, Stories, carousels, and posts incorporating current trends, viral challenges, and industry-relevant hashtags to boost engagement.
  • Help manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads, ensuring basic compliance with CDSCO guidelines, UCPMP 2024, ASCI codes, and other relevant Indian regulatory standards under senior guidance.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, analyzing basic KPIs such as engagement rates and impressions to support data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to curate assets for campaigns on topics like AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and digital health platforms, including simple edits using Canva.
  • Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitor social activities, and audience insights to contribute ideas for timely, trendy posts.
  • Maintain content calendars, assist in community engagement, and monitor social interactions to foster brand growth in the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
  • Learn and apply emerging digital marketing tools and best practices, including AI for content ideation and social algorithm updates.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Basic exposure to digital marketing through academic projects, personal initiatives, or prior internships (0-1 year preferred). Enthusiasm for pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences industries is essential.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with primary platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google ecosystem (Ads, Analytics, YouTube).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or basic graphic design software.
  • Core Skills:

    Eagerness to learn campaign execution, trend spotting, and content curation; strong organizational skills for supporting team projects.
  • Soft Skills:

    Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including night shifts.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:

    Basic awareness of Indian healthcare compliance standards (e.g., UCPMP 2024, Drugs and Cosmetics Rules); training provided.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy basics).
  • Experience with social media content creation or personal branding projects in healthcare themes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT for ideation) or basic video editing.
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Hindi, regional languages like Telugu or Tamil) for diverse content targeting.
