Job Summary:

We invite a talented Digital Marketing Expert to join our global team to strengthen our digital presence and promote our cutting-edge recycling machinery. The ideal candidate will utilize videography, content creation, and AI-powered marketing tools to develop targeted, data-driven campaigns that highlight our sustainability mission and technical expertise. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on sustainability and recycling machinery products.
• Produce, shoot, and edit video content highlighting product features, client success stories, and educational insights.
• Leverage AI tools for audience segmentation, personalized content creation, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
• Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website content to optimize digital reach and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Sales to produce marketing materials that support sales campaigns and customer relationship growth.
• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rate, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROI, bounce rates, social media engagement, and customer lifetime value.
• Implement AI-driven chatbots for enhanced real-time customer interaction and support.
• Use predictive analytics to anticipate market trends and optimize marketing efforts.
• Ensure ethical AI use and compliance with data privacy policies in all digital marketing activities.
• Generate comprehensive reports using analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including videography and video editing.
• Proficiency with AI-powered marketing and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns, and social media marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and collaborative skills.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental innovation is highly desirable.
