Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across social media and search platforms to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and manage organic and paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
  • Create and manage Meta Ads (lead generation, engagement, traffic, conversions)
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions
  • Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions
  • Handle community management: comments, messages, and brand interactions
  • Track trends, hashtags, competitors, and algorithm updates

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid optimization
  • Landing page coordination to improve Quality Score & conversions
  • Monitor CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Monitor pixels, conversion tracking, and event setup

Additional Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
  • Budget planning and optimization
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing tools and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience in SMM & SEM
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Good understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategies
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, pixels, and conversions
  • Creative thinking with data-driven decision making
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency environment
  • Knowledge of Canva, Meta Creative Hub, or similar tools
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
  • Experience handling multiple brands or projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
