Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, and Webinar Execution.

The ideal candidate will be a growth-driven professional who understands B2B marketing, campaign optimization, and event-based marketing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns that engage enterprise audiences and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted Email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Create and manage personalized outreach sequences, follow-ups, and ICP-based messaging.
• Utilize enrichment and automation tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Relevance AI, n8n, and HubSpot to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars — managing audience outreach, registrations, live sessions, and post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics including open rates, reply rates, and conversions, and implement optimizations to improve ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-powered marketing, outreach automation, and B2B lead generation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Email & LinkedIn marketing within the IT / SaaS / Digital Services domain.
• Proven experience in webinar planning, coordination, and audience engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.
• Familiarity with the following tools:
• Outreach & CRM: Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, Waalaxy, Sales Navigator
• Automation: n8n, Zapier, Clay
• Analytics & Reporting: Google Sheets, Looker Studio
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Relevance AI
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, campaign analytics, and marketing automation workflows.
