About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor

  digital marketing campaigns

  across email, social media, and web platforms.

• Upload and manage weekly ads

  on client and partner websites accurately and on time.
• Create, segment, and automate

  email marketing campaigns

  using internal tools and CRMs.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, support) to ensure campaigns align with goals and timelines.
• Assist in managing

  marketing automation workflows

  and customer engagement journeys.
• Support

  special campaign initiatives

  , including Deals of the Week, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain campaign calendars and documentation for smooth execution and reporting.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and retail industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or email marketing.
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in the

  retail or grocery industry

  is a plus.
