Help identify business needs, shape digital journeys, and enhance online customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Define, document, and analyze e-commerce requirements in the retail domain. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline digital processes and boost conversion. Use data and analytics to make informed product and strategy recommendations. Support project implementation, QA testing, and post-launch analysis. Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce of retail business analysis. Strong understanding of online retail workflows, KPIs, and technologies. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM, or A/B testing tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
