Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Gujarat. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, overseeing social media campaigns, writing web content, and analyzing web analytics to enhance our online presence. The role involves daily interaction with various teams to align content and marketing initiatives with company goals.


Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create and optimize engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation and personalization to drive engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital assets such as landing pages, ads, and emails.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, WebTrends).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Strong content creation skills, with experience in writing for websites, blogs, or social media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
