WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their software needs. Product Demonstrations: Provide detailed demonstrations of software products, highlighting key features and benefits. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers. Negotiations & Closures: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to create sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM systems. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in software sales or IT sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling ERP, CRM, or custom software solutions. Technical knowledge of software development processes.
