Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for executing and managing all digital marketing and eCommerce operations across various platforms. You will drive brand awareness, website traffic, and online sales while ensuring strong brand consistency and performance across digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ecommerce Management Manage and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Handle order processing, inventory coordination, customer queries, and returns. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Optimize product pages for SEO, A+ content, and improved conversions. Analyze daily sales reports, conversions, and marketplace analytics. 2. Website & Performance Marketing Manage the Shopify store: banners, landing pages, checkout process, plugins. Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping). Set up and manage retargeting campaigns, catalog ads, and lead gen campaigns. Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives and landing pages, and ensure ROAS targets. 3. SEO & Content Marketing Conduct on-page and off-page SEO for the website and marketplace listings. Implement keyword research and update meta tags, descriptions, and alt text. Work with content creators to develop blogs, emailers, reels, and ad creatives. 4. Social Media & Influencer Coordination Plan and schedule regular content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Coordinate with influencers for barter/collaborations and manage KOL campaigns. Track content performance and follower growth. 5. Analytics & Reporting Monitor Google Analytics, Shopify & Woocommerce reports, ad manager data, and prepare weekly reports. Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, bounce rate, and AOV. Recommend improvements based on data insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in D2C digital marketing, preferably in beauty/wellness. Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify or Woocommerce / Wordpress Hands-on experience with Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central. Basic understanding of SEO, Canva, Email Marketing (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and Analytics tools. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking. Passion for wellness, skincare, and digital trends. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or automation tools. Influencer marketing background.
