Key Responsibilities Digital Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Drive SEO/SEM initiatives to boost website traffic and lead generation. Social Media & Content Marketing: Create engaging social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce blogs, reels, videos, and newsletters. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Generate insights and prepare monthly reports to improve ROI. Email & CRM Marketing: Execute targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. Segment customer data for personalized marketing. Brand Collaborations & Influencer Marketing: Partner with travel influencers, bloggers, and affiliates to expand reach. Manage online reputation through reviews and travel forums. Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (travel industry experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar). Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
