Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Digital Marketing Expert who possesses deep expertise in Organic SEO, Google Ads (SEM), and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads). This role requires not only hands-on execution and optimization of high-impact campaigns but also the ability to set campaign direction, strategize, and effectively lead and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a proven track record of driving measurable growth and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends. This is an in-office position based in our Gurugram office. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy & Direction: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across organic search, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to meet client objectives and agency growth targets. Translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans, defining campaign direction and KPIs. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge and effective. Organic SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Lead and execute advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic for clients. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Oversee content optimization, link building, and site architecture improvements. Monitor SEO performance, identify issues, and implement solutions. Google Ads (Search Engine Marketing - SEM): Plan, create, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) for various client industries and geographies (India, USA, Australia, UK). Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient spend. Conduct meticulous keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization. Implement advanced targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking strategies. Meta Ads (Social Media Advertising): Strategize, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve client goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions. Develop creative ad concepts, identify optimal audience segments, and manage ad placements. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to maximize campaign performance. Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior digital marketing specialists. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high-quality execution of campaigns across the team. Foster a learning environment and promote best practices within the digital marketing team. Analytics, Reporting & Client Communication: Set up robust tracking and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations) to accurately measure campaign performance. Prepare and present detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Clearly communicate campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities, demonstrating campaign ROI. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously research market trends, digital advertising innovations, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for client growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the web development, content, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and seamless client experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Manager, with hands-on expertise in: Organic SEO: On-page, off-page, technical SEO, content optimization. Google Ads: Campaign management, optimization, bid strategies, budget management. Meta Ads: Campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management. Demonstrable track record of successfully managing and optimizing significant digital advertising budgets and achieving measurable ROI. Google Ads certifications and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly desirable. Expert-level proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and present findings clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and team leadership. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate junior team members. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Experience working with international clients (USA, Australia, UK) and understanding diverse market nuances is a significant advantage. Must be comfortable working from our Gurugram office. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation for Diverse Industries: Produce high-quality, original, and engaging content for a variety of formats including blog posts, website copy, articles, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. Tailor content style, tone, and messaging to suit different client industries and target audiences (e.g., B2B, B2C, specific verticals like e-commerce, healthcare, finance) across both Indian and international markets (USA, Australia, UK). In-depth Research & Simplification: Conduct thorough research on complex IT technical services (e.g., cloud computing, AI, blockchain, custom software architecture) and industry-specific topics (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, EduTech).
