Job Description

You are an experienced and proactive IT Sales Executive with a successful track record in driving sales within an IT agency environment. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets by effectively presenting our comprehensive suite of IT services. It is essential for you to have a deep understanding of web development, mobile app development, custom CRM/ERP solutions, and digital marketing. This role will specifically focus on securing projects from clients located in India, the USA, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, UAE, Canada, and the UK. The position is based in our Gurugram office. Your key responsibilities will include consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for IT services. You will be expected to proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the target markets through various channels such as cold outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing-generated leads. You should possess in-depth knowledge of our core services and be able to clearly articulate the value proposition and technical capabilities to prospective clients. As an IT Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure. This involves understanding client business needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored IT solutions. You will be responsible for developing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that reflect client requirements accurately. Relationship building is a crucial aspect of this role. You will need to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Additionally, you will lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to secure new projects. CRM management and reporting are also key components of this role. You will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses will need to be prepared for management review. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands within the IT services landscape is essential. Providing valuable market feedback to the marketing and service delivery teams will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for success in this role. You will need to work effectively with the marketing team for lead generation, the pre-sales/technical team for solution design, and the project delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.,
