JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to expand our business footprint, especially in the area of IT staffing and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge of IT staffing processes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels – cold calling, networking, digital outreach, etc. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Pitch IT services and staffing solutions to potential clients based on their needs. Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. Location: Delhi / NCR Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Hardware Sales Professional to drive business development and sales growth in the Govt./PSU/Defence sector across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, proven experience in government IT sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Govt./PSU/Defence sectors for hardware and IT solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, PSU representatives, and defence organizations. Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
