IT Hardware Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within

  Central & State Government departments, PSUs, and Defence organizations

  .
• Manage end-to-end

  sales cycle

  — from lead generation, tender participation, bidding, and negotiation to order closure and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and system integrators.
• Stay updated with

  GeM portal processes

  , government procurement norms, and vendor registration procedures.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams to propose suitable IT hardware solutions.
• Prepare and deliver

  presentations, quotations, and proposals

  aligned with client requirements.
• Achieve assigned

  sales targets

  and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Maintain regular reporting of pipeline, forecast, and key account activities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in IT Hardware Sales, with a strong focus on

  Government/PSU/Defence accounts

  .
• Proven track record in handling

  IT infrastructure products

  such as Servers, Storage, Desktops, Laptops, Networking Equipment, and Peripherals.
• Sound understanding of

  GeM portal, tendering process, and DGS&D norms

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated with strong business acumen.
