Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow business through

  System Integrators, PSUs, and OEM partners

  .
• Drive

  software sales

  across enterprise and government sectors through an established partner ecosystem.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new

  channel and strategic partners

  .
• Handle

  end-to-end sales cycle

  — from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation to deal closure.
• Develop and execute

  go-to-market plans

  in collaboration with partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in

  SI, PSU, and OEM accounts

  .
• Achieve assigned

  sales targets and revenue goals

  .
• Work closely with

  technical and pre-sales teams

  to deliver value-based solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication, with

  MBA in Marketing

  .

• Experience:

  Around

  10 years

  in

  Software / SaaS Channel Sales

  .
• Proven track record in

  managing large software deals

  and achieving sales targets.
• Strong experience in

  partner relationship management

  with

  SIs, PSUs, and OEMs

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation

  skills.
• Strong understanding of

  enterprise software sales cycles

  and

  government procurement processes

  .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
