Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the right cultural fit. Create and post job descriptions across job portals, LinkedIn, and internal channels. Use innovative sourcing methods (headhunting, networking, social recruiting). Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases. Support HR initiatives such as employer branding, referral programs, and campus hiring. Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing, chemicals, distribution, or lifestyle industry preferred). Strong networking and headhunting skills. Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
