Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Techkshetra Info Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, you will be part of a leading provider of customized ERP solutions, online examination systems, and AI-driven security and surveillance solutions. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of the company in various domains, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting market research, developing strategic plans for client acquisition, and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, develop strategic plans, and generate leads. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and manage the sales cycle. - Revenue Generation: Upsell and cross-sell products and services, develop revenue-increasing strategies, and monitor sales performance. - Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, qualify leads, and set up meetings or calls with potential clients. - Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize results. - Social Media Marketing: Utilize social media platforms, engage with potential clients, and build an online presence. - Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the product development team. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and prepare regular reports on performance and market insights. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: Proven track record in successful business development in the IT industry, with expertise in Cloud, B2B, IT, ERP, Security & Surveillance, IoT & Automation. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, client relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
