Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an UpWork Specialist located in Gurugram. The UpWork Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our UpWork profile, bidding on potential projects, communicating with clients, drafting proposals, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. The role involves closely collaborating with internal teams to align the scope of work with client needs and managing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

• Experience in managing UpWork profiles and drafting proposals
• Client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle project bidding and acquiring new clients
• Knowledge of digital marketing, app development, web development, CRM development, and e-commerce solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus
