We have an Urgent Requirement for a Digital Marketing Executive at Nspiresoft LLP located at Kondhwa Budruk.

Below is the JD.

Designation:- Digital Marketing Executive

Qualification:- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience : 6 months to 2 years

Salary: 15k and above (Based On Skills)

Role Description

1) Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

2) Manage SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink strategies.

3) Handle social media marketing: content planning, posting, engagement, and reporting.

4) Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports.

5) Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copies.

6) Assist in email marketing, lead generation, and online reputation management (ORM).

7) Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

8) Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

9) Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

10) Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Key Skills Required:

1) Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Promotions.

2) Basic knowledge of SEO techniques (on-page and off-page).

3) Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

4) Good understanding of content marketing and social media algorithms.

5) Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.

6) Good communication skills and team spirit.
