Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies, analyzing data, optimizing ROI, and leading junior team members while ensuring strong brand positioning and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Display Advertising.

Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms with a focus on lead generation and conversions.

Conduct regular SEO audits and implement on-page & off-page strategies to boost organic traffic.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing communication.

Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Insights, etc.) and prepare actionable reports.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Supervise and mentor junior digital marketers and interns.

Coordinate with clients/stakeholders to understand campaign goals and deliver accordingly.

Manage digital marketing budgets and provide ROI projections and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Email Campaigns.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint (preferred).
