Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Lead
who can think strategically, plan comprehensively, and execute effectively across all digital channels. This role involves leading end-to-end marketing strategy from concept to execution to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in
SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, social media, and analytics
, and will be responsible for mentoring junior marketers and collaborating closely with design, sales, and tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and allocate budgets effectively across channels.
- Supervise and mentor a small marketing team for execution excellence.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Drive ROI-focused decisions based on data and measurable outcomes.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging and content aligned with brand goals.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to guide content and campaign planning.
Social Media & Brand Positioning
- Build and manage a robust social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and engagement-driven campaigns.
- Identify trends, influencers, and emerging channels to enhance brand visibility.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and execute high-performing email and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and remarketing.
- A/B test and optimize campaign performance for conversions.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Partnerships
- Work closely with design, development, and client teams to ensure seamless marketing integration.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to amplify reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics platforms
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.)
