• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in Google Ads for B2B lead generation, particularly in the engineering and manufacturing sectors
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
• Competence in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Strong grasp of social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Experience managing Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and implementing effective organic growth strategies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve B2B lead generation goals
• Stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Oversee all digital marketing channels and maintain brand consistency
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI and KPIs)
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms
• Optimize website content for SEO and leverage Google Analytics for decision-making
• Develop inbound marketing strategies to attract and retain potential clients
• Research competitors and suggest data-driven improvements
• Forecast and track sales performance trends based on marketing outcomes
