Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online visibility, generate high-quality leads, and build strong brand recall across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with SEO, paid ads (PPC, display, remarketing), and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
    • Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits.
    • Optimize website structure, meta-tags, keyword strategy, internal linking, and loading speed.
    • Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track performance and fix issues.
    • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO goals.
    • Regularly track keyword rankings and organic traffic to measure success.
  • Paid Ads (PPC & Remarketing)
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
    • Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve CTR and conversions.
    • Manage budgets smartly to maintain high ROAS and low CPL.
    • Use performance dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager) for tracking and reporting.
    • Set up and monitor remarketing funnels using UTM tags and pixels.
  • Social Media Marketing
    • Plan and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Monitor competitor activity and trends to stay ahead.
    • Collaborate with the design/content team to maintain visual and messaging consistency.
    • Track follower growth, engagement metrics, and CTRs.
    • Run paid campaigns to promote posts, thought leadership, events, and lead magnets.

Required Skills & Tools

  • SEO Tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Ads Management: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking
  • Social: Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS like WordPress is a plus
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Excellent Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and budget tracking
