Job Description

SUMMARY

Call and qualify potential leads from data mining, inbound enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Share brochures/catalogs via email/WhatsApp and nurture leads.
Fix appointments for sales personnel with corporate, school, and hospital decision-makers.
Maintain CRM with updated lead status and follow-ups.
Support digital campaigns with tele calling + email/LinkedIn outreach.

Requirements

Graduate, with 2 4 years experience in tele calling / inside sales (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication in English + local language + Hindi
Familiar with CRM tools, MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business.
Energetic, target-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
