Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services across digital channels. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with overall business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Social Media Management: Manage, curate, and schedule content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Respond to comments and interact with the online community.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., ensuring maximum ROI.
• Email Campaigns: Design, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and more.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• SEO/SEM: In-depth understanding of SEO principles and experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms.
• Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and creating automated email workflows.
• Analytics & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making. Proficient in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
• Content Creation: Experience with content creation, blog writing, and copywriting for digital platforms.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus; experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and strategic mindset.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio of previous digital marketing campaigns or case studies is a plus.
