Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong background in B2B lead generation and a working knowledge of E-Commerce marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing paid ad campaigns, driving organic growth, and enhancing online visibility across multiple digital platforms—especially in B2B environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on 

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    , with a focus on 

    B2B lead generation

    .
  • Develop and implement 

    SEO strategies

     to improve search rankings and drive 

    organic traffic from business audiences

    .
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve 

    conversion rates and ROI

    .
  • Conduct 

    competitor analysis and market research

     to identify B2B trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure messaging aligns with 

    business buyer personas

     and brand objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 

    3 years of proven experience in digital marketing

    , with a strong focus on 

    B2B lead generation

    .
  • Hands-on experience with 

    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    .
  • Solid understanding of 

    SEO

     (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Proficiency in tools like 

    Google Analytics, Search Console

    , and ad reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in 

    B2B funnel optimization

     and 

    CRM integration

  • Familiarity with 

    marketing automation tools

     (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Basic understanding of 

    E-Commerce platforms

     (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
