Role Overview
The Digital Business Partner will play a key role in advancing CGI s digital marketing efforts across the APAC region. Based in Bangalore, this individual will support global Marketing and Communications goals through strategic use of digital platforms, with a strong focus on employee engagement, recruitment marketing, and brand visibility.
They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver high-impact digital campaigns, manage website content, and drive regional adoption of global digital initiatives—including HubSpot, social media advocacy, and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
Supports the implementation of CGI s digital marketing strategy across APAC using platforms such as cgi.com, social media, and HubSpot.
Develops and executes recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
Owns the APAC social media strategy, creating comprehensive campaign plans, managing content production, and overseeing performance reporting.
Manages and curates website content in alignment with CGI s brand standards and messaging priorities.
Collaborates with internal teams to develop content that highlights employee stories, company culture, and job opportunities.
Analytics, Insight & Optimization
Provides regular performance reports and insights to leadership, leveraging analytics to inform future strategy.
Tracks and analyzes social and website metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Utilizes HubSpot for audience segmentation, campaign automation, and conversion tracking.
Advocacy & Engagement
Leads the rollout of the employee advocacy program in APAC, offering training and content support to promote participation.
Contributes to leadership branding and thought leadership development, aligning with global positioning.
Supports global influencer marketing programs, helping identify brand advocates and digital partners.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders on digital communication opportunities and challenges.
Works with subject matter experts to build and manage an editorial calendar for digital content.

Provides guidance and mentorship to regional marketing teams, adapting digital solutions to meet local business needs.

Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in social media management, content strategy, and other MarTech tools

- Skilled in website content management systems and optimizing user experience
- Creative thinker with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable presenting data-driven insights
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Professional demeanor with executive presence and communication finesse
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
