Job Title: Digital Counsellor Vacancies: 15 Salary: 10,000 - 24,000/month Location: Pune Job Overview: As a Digital Counsellor , you will assist prospective students through online platforms, providing counseling, answering queries, and guiding them in selecting the right educational programs. Your role will involve engaging with leads via digital channels like email, chat, and social media, helping them navigate the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Engage with potential students via digital platforms (email, chat, social media) to generate leads. Digital Counseling: Provide personalized guidance through digital channels, matching student needs with appropriate programs. Sales Conversion: Convert online inquiries into enrollments while meeting monthly sales targets. Documentation Support: Assist students with required documentation and ensure a smooth online admission process. CRM Management: Track and record all student interactions on digital platforms, maintaining up-to-date CRM data. Skills: Excellent written communication and digital engagement skills. Ability to build relationships and trust through online interactions. Target-driven with strong sales and conversion focus.
