Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Manager & Business Writer to develop high-quality content to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audiences, and support business teams in meeting their content requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business concepts, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling copy material.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop engaging and informative business content, including blog articles, white papers, case

studies, reports, newsletters, and website content.

2. Research industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscapes to create data-driven

content.

3. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to create compelling narratives aligned with

business goals.

4. Write and edit content for corporate communications, including press releases, investor reports,

and executive messages.

5. Optimize content for SEO and digital communication initiatives to enhance visibility and

engagement.

6. Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels.

7. Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

8. Develop thought leadership content for the Leadership Team, including LinkedIn articles and opinion pieces.


Required Skills:


1. Strong understanding of business strategy, finance, and industry trends.

2. Exceptional business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

3. Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content.

4. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

5. Strong research skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and be deadline-oriented to manage multiple projects effectively.

7. Experience in B2B/Finance content writing and corporate storytelling.

8. Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content marketing.

9. Knowledge of data visualization tools and storytelling techniques.


Education & Qualifications:

1. MBA or equivalent Post Graduate degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications,

or related field.

2. More than eight years’ experience in business writing, and/or corporate communications.
