Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist the process of curation, including organizing and cataloging products. Support the marketing teams in executing e-commerce campaigns and initiatives. Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media platforms (including writing captions, sourcing visuals, and scheduling posts) to drive online sales. Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing events and promotions. Conduct market research and analysis of current fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Support with website maintenance, including updating product information and ensuring accuracy. Assist with styling for online lookbooks and product photography. Contribute to content marketing-led sales on socials & website blog. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including website content, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth online sales and customer satisfaction. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the e-commerce operations. We are passionate about fashion and committed to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience which is tech enabled. Responsibilities: 1. Brand Voice & Storytelling Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels, including the website, Instagram, Emailers, and WhatsApp. Proficiency in writing skills. Build and maintain communication guidelines to ensure tone and style consistency across teams and platforms. 2. Campaign Strategy & Execution Conceptualise and develop engaging campaigns that reinforce The Chic Indian's positioning as the go-to destination for curated, modern Indian fashion. Align campaigns with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives. Ability to ideate and execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion. 3. Content Creation & Design Design and deliver all digital communication assets, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners. Be comfortable and confident being in front of the camera to model and create engaging content, as well as to serve as the face of the brand for specific campaigns. Oversee end-to-end execution of visual content - from concept to final output - ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is essential. 4. Digital Engagement & Community Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant messaging. Support growth and engagement by producing creative content that drives conversations, shares, and saves. 5. Innovation & Trendspotting Stay updated on digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats. Introduce new ideas for storytelling and brand expression that resonate with the evolving audience. Should be able to use AI tools for content creation.
