o Develop recruitment strategies and partner with leadership for hiring plans.o Enhance employer branding and optimize tech-enabled hiring processes.2. Performance Management & Goal Settingo Implement and drive a goal-based Performance Management System.o Align individual KPIs with organizational strategy and reward outcomes.3. Employee Engagement & Culture Buildingo Drive engagement programs including town halls, recognition, and feedbackforums.o Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.4. Learning & Development & Succession Planningo Oversee onboarding, training, leadership development, and career pathways.o Build a succession pipeline for critical roles and functions.5. HR Policies, Compliance & Governanceo Develop and update HR policies per labour laws and company goals.o Ensure compliance with Punjab labour laws and statutory regulations.6. Compensation, Benefits & Payrollo Manage compensation strategy, payroll, and benefits administration.o Conduct benchmarking and align rewards with performance outcomes.7. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolutiono Maintain grievance redressal mechanisms and mediate disputes ethically.8. Exit Management & Offboardingo Ensure structured exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and analyzeattrition.9. HR Technology & Process Optimizationo Leverage HRMS and automation to improve process efficiency and dataaccuracy.10. Administration & Facility Management Oversee admin operations, vendor management, office upkeep, and compliance. Manage logistics, travel, and infrastructure support for leadership and staff.
