What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and evolution of our AWS-first cloud infrastructure (EKS, VPC, IAM, Terraform, etc.)
• Build and operate Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and internal developer workflows
• Drive SRE practices: define SLAs/SLOs, set up alerting/on-call, manage incidents
• Champion automation, security, and reliability across the stack
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product to support scale and delivery velocity
• Contribute to our multi-cloud readiness as we grow
  

We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infra roles, with 3+ years leading teams or projects
• Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and Terraform
• Strong focus on security, automation, observability, and scalability
• Familiarity with other clouds (GCP, Azure), GitOps (ArgoCD), FinOps, or platform engineering is a big plus
• Excellent communicator and mentor — you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
