Job Description: Full Stack Developer (with Prompt Engineering Skills)

Bhuexpert is building a managed real estate marketplace that provides end-to-end services—from verified property listings and legal assistance to AI-powered property suggestions, interior design, and utility transfers. Our mission is to make real estate transactions fraud-free, tech-enabled, and effortless.

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer who has a solid understanding of web fundamentals and is passionate about building intelligent systems using Prompt Engineering. You'll work closely with our core team (legal, real estate, tech) to develop and improve our platform's frontend, backend, and AI integration.

- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and responsive web applications

- Work on front-end components (React/Next.js or similar frameworks)

- Handle backend development (Node.js/Express, Python/Django, or similar)

- Integrate RESTful APIs, database models, and admin dashboards

- Implement e-Aadhaar, e-Sign, and document workflows

- Write effective and optimized prompts for AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

- Collaborate with the team to automate workflows via LLMs (customer queries, legal doc analysis, property matching)

- Create contextual prompts to improve user-facing chatbot and internal automation tools

- Continuously test, evaluate, and fine-tune prompt outputs for accuracy and reliability

- Help build features like circle rate map overlays, drone video tagging, and verified seller onboarding tools

- Work on property document storage using blockchain-style immutability

- Contribute ideas for user experience, growth hacking, and AI-powered decision flows

- 1–4 years experience in full stack development

- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JS, and responsive UI design

- Proficiency in any backend language (Node.js, Python, etc.)

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)

- Hands-on with Git, APIs, and deployment (Docker, Vercel, AWS, or similar)

- Passion for AI and experience with GPT/Claude-style models

- Proven experience or projects that demonstrate prompt engineering capabilities

- Bonus: Familiarity with real estate, fintech, legaltech, or map-based interfaces

- Experience with LangChain, vector databases, or RAG systems

- UI/UX design sensibility

- NLP or chatbot development experience

- Contributions to open-source or personal AI side projects

- Understanding of Indian real estate workflows (not mandatory, but a plus)

·        • Collaborate with AI, design, and product teams to ship features fast

·        • Set up and manage containerized environments (Docker), VPS deployment, and CI/CD pipelines

·        • Maintain high-quality code through testing and documentation

·        • Frontend: React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap

·        • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs

·        • Database: PostgreSQL (strong command), or MongoDB

·        • DevOps: GitHub Actions, Docker, Nginx/Apache, Hostinger or GCP VPS

·        • AI/LLM: Familiarity with prompt engineering and working with OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs
